- Payment: Deposit and /or balance must be paid by due date on charter contract, or trip will be cancelled. If order is placed with less than one-month notice, payment in full is due to reserve the bus.
- Cost Adjustments: Price is based on information provided at time of contract and may change upon final itinerary submission.
- Itinerary: Final itinerary for multiple day trips are due no less than two weeks prior to depature date. All charters are permitted two (2) local pickup locations any additional pickups will alter pricing. We do not pick up groups from private residences.
- Departure: Group to depart in a timely fashion as stated on contract. Late departures are subject to additional hourly charges, or will cut your planned trip short.
- Liability for delays: Any extension by fault of the group will result in additional charges. Group is not responsible for additional time due to traffic or weather conditions. If, in opinion of the carrier, conditions make it in-advisable to operate charter service from point of origin, or at any point en route, the carrier will not be liable therefore additional costs such a as meals, lodging and transportation will in this respect become the responsibility of the chartering party.
- New York day trips: Trips are permitted only 2 stops in New york City. Price also allows for a 30-minute rest stop either on the way to NYC or on return trip. Any additional stops will cause additional charges.
- Driver Requests: In event of request for specific driver and/or bus, First Priority will attempt to honor clients' wishes. A request however is not a guarantee.
- Amenities: Ineffective amenities, while rare do occur. Should a specific amenity be unavailable or inoperable, First Priority will not be liable for its availability or performance.
- Damage to Equipment: Any damage to equipment (seats, windows, etc.) which is caused by any member of the chartering party, shall be the responsibility of the chartering party. Clients will be charged for extensive cleaning that may be needed after their trip
